Hi! I just wanted to quickly share three publications that I worked on in 2016 that came out of Virginia Commonwealth University Libraries.
First, CyanoNews. My team and I digitized all of the back issues of this newsletter for cyanobacteriologists (1985–present), some of which required transforming its online presentation into a simple page layout.
RELS 108 Human Spirituality is a series in which VCU students share their perspectives based on their experience at different institutions of faith around the world. I designed the template for these articles in InDesign and created a workflow to automate the generation of over 100 articles.
The Scope is a science journal comprised of articles written by journalism students at Virginia Commonwealth University to gain real-world experience in science writing. The page design was provided by Andy Gottschalk, which was then modified by me for web presentation & publishing workflow.
